I am a fellow pet sitting business owner in West Hartford, CT and a professional therapist as well. I called to see if Four Paws and a Biscuit was run by someone seemingly trustworthy and competent with his business. Gary not only appeared instantly genuine, but he, on his own volition, gave me meaningful advice on how to run this sort of business in my home town. Seems to be a caring guy with a great attitude!

The entire Four Paws staff is very professional and easy to work with. Given my hectic travel schedule, Four Paws was always willing to adapt to my dog's needs, regardless how short the notice or the time of day. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that has pets at home. Thanks again!
I would recommend Four Paws and a Biscuit to anyone. From the first time I spoke with Gary I felt comfortable. It isn't easy giving your house key to a stranger, but I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He came over with Michelle for a meet and greet and instantly created a bond with our dog Max. I think I had more separation anxiety than Max did. I sent a text to Gary the first morning we left and he replied with a picture of Max putting my mind at ease. Love them! We are able to go away and not have to worry one bit about the kitties at home. Gary was even able to accommodate me when an emergency came up and I had to go out of town with extremely short notice. We really look forward to coming back and reading the notes that they leave for us as well! Highly recommend them.
