When calling to make an appointment nobody explained what they are doing due to the virus situation. I called to confirm that we were here for the dog to be picked up and a lady answered laughing and was very rude "Excuse me". I said I did not want our dog trimmed and they still trimmed our dog's hair. They kept our dog all day and could not give us an exact time they would have him ready.
