Jennifer Emmel is great! 5 stars! She makes me feel heard and listens to my concerns every visit, helping me see specialists that are crucial for my health. Her staff are very helpful. Really appreciate having them as my healthcare team. Taking a star off because of how the hospital didn’t renovate their offices at all when they renovated the building. It’s a fancy new building but the office for Klaus/Emmel feels like I’m walking into a movie set from the 80’s. Not a good movie either - unless it was a horror movie. Drywall... read more
If I could give a zero I would. Every. Single. Time. we come in here we wait an hour or more for our appointment. Today, after sitting in the waiting room an hour from my 10:30am appointment, I asked when I would be seen. Receptionist checked and said probably not until noon. I asked how can the PA possibly be an hour and a half behind when my appointment was at 1030am and they open at 8? They haven’t been open that long! Terrible service!!!
I hate to leave a poor review without even being able to visit the office, but it is now the end of October and I have been trying since the beginning of September to schedule an appointment. I was told to fill out paperwork and email it in, 2 weeks later I checked in and they said they didn't have access to the email they provided, but recently got the access and were able to find the paperwork and have Dr Klaus review and would call back. Dr. Klaus has a wonderful manner with elderly patients. He's very professional. I wish this extended to his front desk staff. I have experienced a rude male and incompetent female who has lost forms submitted for the Dr. to fill out 2ce. Keep the Dr. but get new staff.
