Very good automotive shop i take my car no where else and I tell everyone about them
We had our palisade towed to them after overheating issues. They were fantastic and so friendly. They are excellent with communication, quick, and incredibly fair/reasonable. Even when things are out of your control in terms of your vehicle issues, they stick to what they say and still will work on fixing it when it's not their fault. The most ethical and transparent mechanic shop.
Very polite and honest people. They won't try and get money off of you like a lot of chain shops and explain what they find in terms even non car folks can understand.
I went to Four Mile Auto earlier today expecting to pay for a new brake job due to a loud rubbing noise when driving thru my neighborhood. They looked at and drove my car to hear noise. Ended up being a part rubbing against my brake pad. They didn't charge me anything for this quick fix. They also didn't try to take advantage of me & replace the brakes, pads &/or rotors. I would highly recommend them for there honesty. They now have a new client for all my future car needs.
