I see someone posted about them not being good to their vendors, they are not good to their renters either. I wouldn't recommend. They do not answer emails unless you send several emails and remind them they haven't answered 1 yet. Or unless you send what they claim is threatening language, i.e. saying you want to renegotiate your contract or that you will have a service completed and take it out of the rent.
