RecommendedI've had nothing but exceptional experiences. Adam, in particular, makes it all the better with his charismatic personality and knowledge on the products. I live in Hampshire, yet drive to your Algonquin location for this very reason. It's extremely important to me to have a knowledgeable staff, and this location is bar none- I'm very pleased and every one of my requests or questions has been responded to very quickly and with the utmost courtesy.
Best service around. We came home from vacation and our cats were waiting at the front door. We use the garage door, they were waiting for Petra. They acted like were never gone and this was the 1st time they were without us. Highly recommended, I will use them again. Petra is wonderful with animals, you can tell she truly loves them.
