I want to thank Adam, the nice man who works at the store in Algonquin. Today I was shopping and bought the large bag of Fromm's dog food which was very heavy and bulky. Before I could ask for help, he picked up the bag and carried it to my car for me. Thank you Adam. Great customer service!
