All they care about is the profit margin.
They have one real doctor. Wonda Elmore is totally worthless and will make up lies. She doesn't like being confronted. If you need them, seriously need them, like a month after my husband passed and I questioned her billing codes, she lied, said I was recording our session, which I had no idea how to even do, just so they could ban me from being seen there. Nothing but incompetent so called Dr's here! Don't waste your time. You won't get any help here. My son waited 3 months for an appointment. She acted like she was to good to help him. Abbie was her name. She needs a different job. One that does not intell in helping anybody. Recycle place would be good for her! I'm very disappointed in the outcome of all this so called help.
It’s hard to reschedule appointments because, there isn’t enough staff! The limited staff that is there are very nice!
Matt Tanner is part of the problem why mental health is getting bigger. One therapist failsified notes and the NP makes accusations. If you value your mental state don’t go here
