My dad receives care from this facility and initially all was well. As time progresses, however, this place has become abysmal. Their system of appointments is a mess. The staff is to call the first of the month (patients don't call for appointment) and set the appointment. If they have to reschedule then its at their convenience whether or not your schedule is able to accommodate then we are scolded like children for 'missing an appointment'!
