You call for a part they tell you they have it. Then you get in there wait 15 min to talk to the one parts person they have working (because the other ones are back washing bikes) to find out they don't even stock that part. And no wants to deal with you unless you buying a new Harley. Take the time drive to durango to get what you want with ppl that want to help you.
