Dentist - Shi Han Su - very efficient, professional, at ease, made it all easy. Receptionist (didn’t catch her name) - went above and beyond to break down private health charges/subsidies to make it all easily understandable and book future appointments.
If you have a dental problem and are considering visiting this clinic, think twice. My experience was extremely disappointing. I attended for a check-up due to a toothache. The dentist did not discuss my condition properly, explain the available treatment options, or take the time to answer questions. I am writing review after one year of my gap filling service with Dr. Janki. I had two dental gap fillings with her. One was a bit big and another one was tiny. She recommended that I need to do fillings in my both teeth after xray. The tiny filling got broken after a week. The big filling that she did felt extremely sensitive from the next day.
