Great apartment complex & management. I also love that it’s a gated community and close to many businesses on Lancaster. My main gripes are with noise both outside from the local Walgreens and from neighbors. Dog park is just wood chips and not a place to play unfortunately. Paid parking spaces are very compact.
I have been living here a little over a year and the property manager Cassie is an awesome help when having questions or concerns within the property! She also goes above and beyond and is picking up garbage within the property to make sure it stays nice and clean .
I love these apartments and our onsite manager Cassie! I feel as she is very under appreciated and is very helpful to us residents. She stays on top of everything and makes the line of communication VERY CLEAR. Any concerns my partner and I have had, she’s taken the proper steps to make sure our needs were met along with keep everyone safe and happy. I’d recommend 100%!
I love these apartments and Cassie the manager is super awesome and nice she is really quick to get back to you ,helps you with all the information you need :)
Lived there right when they started leasing. My car got towed for being on the line and no where near interfering with the car to my side. I never complained when they parked in my lane several times. Got a few packages stolen with cameras pointing to my door and management says, “there was no Amazon van around that time”. HOW DID MY PACKAGE GET THERE THEN? Gave them the correct time stamp of when my package was delivered as well.
