I love these apartments and our onsite manager Cassie! I feel as she is very under appreciated and is very helpful to us residents. She stays on top of everything and makes the line of communication VERY CLEAR. Any concerns my partner and I have had, she’s taken the proper steps to make sure our needs were met along with keep everyone safe and happy. I’d recommend 100%!

Lived there right when they started leasing. My car got towed for being on the line and no where near interfering with the car to my side. I never complained when they parked in my lane several times. Got a few packages stolen with cameras pointing to my door and management says, “there was no Amazon van around that time”. HOW DID MY PACKAGE GET THERE THEN? Gave them the correct time stamp of when my package was delivered as well. This is the second apartment I’ve rented in Salem and I will absolutely be coming back! Located right next to the Food Trucks, Winco, and the freeway! Plus it’s QUIET!!!!! You can hardly hear your neighbors!!! It’s clean! Gated! And the management takes care of needs immediately!!! Highly recommend!
