Have been to many physiotherapist and chiropractors over my time, but when referred to Ken from a CrossFit coach, I won’t waste my time and money elsewhere. I’ve been seeing Ken for a few years now, and he’s hands down the best physio I’ve ever worked with. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms—he actually gets to the root of the problem and fixes it properly. Every session feels purposeful, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re tired of quick fixes and want real, lasting improvement, I can’t recommend Ken enough!
Ken is the best physio I’ve ever been to. He looks at you holistically, and considers every aspect of your life that could be contributing to your issue, not just looking at the musculoskeletal and trying to alleviate isolated symptoms (I.e. comorbities, lifestyles, emotional health). His knowledge is incredible. HIGHLY recommend!!
