Constant break in of cars and contact theft of packages. There is no security and if cameras work they suck. Do not rent from here
They let everyone move in here man. Used to live in building 3 but had to move out cause they let this girl named Pariis move in and she kept bringing random people over and being loud as hell and nothing was being done, couldn't take it and had to leave
Our maintenance guy Gerardo is the best ever. I say this because, I've had a leak coming from the apartment above me and the maintenance guy at the time came to fix my ceiling but he did a horrible job. When I informed the office about the work that that was done Martha sent Gerardo and I want to let him and everyone to know that he did an Excellent job. Also without hesitation, he helped me with regards to my bird feeder. Thank you very much Gerardo
As a long-term tenant at The Fountain of Jupiter I have to say I have made one of the best decision in my life. I have seen people come and go. I want to shout out to the new maintenance man Jimmy. I had a situation with my AC from January to April and sent two work orders. He calmly handle it in a professional manner. Martha has been the best property manager since I have been here. Thank You.
