After paying a $450 deposit for an apartment and being denied the apartment it takes 3-5 days for a refund of the deposit. It’s been 8 days and still no refund and I can’t seem to get an answer from anyone as where my money is. That money is for me to find a place to live. I am highly disappointed in how things are managed with this company. Would not recommend even trying to move into their complex. I’ve had to report fraud and contact my lawyer already to gain the help to get MY money back.
RecommendedThis has been a nice place to move into. All the neighbors I have met are really friendly and the kinds love the park and pool! We really like the space that we have and it's pretty quiet for the most part even though we have upstairs neighbors!
I like the apartments, the people that live here are nice, the management is nice. When it rains the parking lot is like a lake. The hot water doesn't stay hot very long but when it does its really hot. I think the grounds are well kept and I just really like the layout of my apartment. Its quiet and comfortable
Nice and well kept property. Horrible management.
It a little expensive but a nice place to live. I'm staying in a three bedroom on the second floor.
