Greeted by name by my favorite receptionist, Kathy who is ALWAYS cheerful to clients. Offered coffee & cookies of which I availed myself post appointment. Comfort food! Escorted into bright, immaculate treatment room ( to which I was accustomed at other office) by Michel who performed her work efficiently after explanation where necessary.
