Being in the customer service business for over 16 years, I can honestly say your "family" style care is the main reason I continue to return. I live in Parkland, Fl and I work in Miami, but I will continue to drive to Plantation, because you can not put time or a dollar amount on good customer care. The world would be a better place if everyone mirrored their workplace after yours.
Dr. Behn and his staff make going to the dentist a positive and delightful experience -- how many people can say that about their dental office.
Dr. Behn and Mary provided an extremely professional,caring,and painless experience. I arrived at 12:00noon fearful and nervous of the procedures I had to have, and I left at 4:50pm smiling{a beautiful smile} and painfree. The staff is great!!
