Been here 2 years and its very peaceful and a wonderful place to live maintenance is a 10/10 he does a amazing job if i put in a request he comes the same day very fast and respectful o appreciate him couldn’t ask for better staff
Worst experience ever!! I can't wait to move. They gave me an apartment that was not repaired or cleaned properly it was horrendous. I wasted so much money trying to make it livable. The maintenance people suck. If you think you're getting a nice renovated apt. Joke is on you. They have the maintenance people paint and 1 cleaning lady who does half ass work, and they shove you in. And they half ass everything as far as repairs, even the painting. They not only open door and gave a home but always on point on repairs and any situation. Fountains at Lingo Cove not was my home but family! Neighbors are great! I will recommend to anyone! There apts are big and comfortable.
