Too expensive! I moved into the Fountains apartments upon my move to Florida to rent for a year before buying a house here. The apartments are nice, but the prices they charge are outrageous. You can easily buy a house for as much as they charge for rent. In addition, they want to nickel and dime you for everything and make sure you document everything or they try to charge you for things when you move.
