I've lived here for almost 10 years, have never had too many problems with anything and if I did have an issue with anything, it was always took care of. We love the pool and grill during the summer and love the little workout space in the office. I Love my apartment, it has been a great space for my son and me.
I’m going to be a contrarian to the one and two star reviews here, but in my experience The Fountains is an amazing apartment complex. It’s much smaller than most other complexes, so no fancy club house, a small gym (two treadmills, an elliptical, some free weights and a Functional Trainer), and no on-site maintenance, but this place makes up for it with being very quiet, with inexpensive rent, a complimentary carport (where some other apartments will charge you for even an outdoor parking space!), and a small dog run. Ive been here since June 2025 they keep the hallways clean, the trash is taken care of, the neighbors mind their business and are kind. I did get my car broken into but they didn’t steal anything but took everything out. The management doesn’t respond in a timely manner and it was hard to get our air conditioning fixed when we first moved in and they came and did inspections and told them things that doesn’t work and they said they were going to set an appt to get things fixed and never did it but sent a email saying it was ... read more
The location is perfect. The price to rent is affordable. The living and communal spaces are clean and functional. I've been here for almost 2 years and love it! Would recommend to new renters, college students, or small families!
