Living at The Fountains Apartments has honestly been one of the most stressful renting experiences I’ve had. Communication from management is terrible with emails and questions go unanswered for days until it’s suddenly urgent for THEM. The apartments themselves look decent at first, but once you actually live here, you start noticing all the problems. The staff are completely lack of competency and would rather text you for days and dangle the possibility of apt then do there jobs. I supplied every document they needed and then they began to ask for my mothers email for no reason. Then at the end of the week (when most places close) they will inform you of not being accepted. If you're unlucky enough to get Michelle, she will not respond to texts or emails. She will give you excuses, and more requests but no actual work is being done. Horrible.
Neighbors are great. Nice and peaceful. Better not have an issue however, because the property manager will make sure she starts an argument with you any time you try speaking with her. That’s even if anybody answers the phone in the office. Nice pool amenities accessible 3 weeks out of the year and a door made out of paper. But don’t worry I was told the doors are heavy duty and that I’m the only one having an issue with sound from the hallway. Okay?
