After staying here and reading all the other reviews… it’s true. Management here is horrible. They say you have to make an appointment for ANYTHING meanwhile, they will be sitting in the office & just won’t do their job. Very money hungry though, you have 3 days before rent is considered “late” on my 4th day as I’m turning in my rent with the late fee added because something came up… I already have an eviction letter in my mailbox? The apartments need to be rebuilt,there old, balcony s are old looking.
Very disappointing experience at Fountain Apartments. The property manager (Alisa) was unprofessional and at times disrespectful — her behavior toward me and my husband felt like harassment. It took over two months to get them to address bathroom mold properly, and even then, they refused to replace drafty, leaking windows despite three contractors saying it was necessary. Lived here for almost 3 years. Maintenance was one of the only good things and they ended up getting rid of it and going with contract work instead. Took the trash cans away from outside and blamed it on tenants for “over filling them” when the real issue was they were not emptied on a routine basis. They also never emptied the dog waste bins. Make a huge fuss about dog waste not being picked up, but there is goose shit everywhere the eye can see and they do nothing about cleaning it up. There was a dead goose outside my apa... read more
