Always friendly staff, great work, in and out pain free.
I was in for my regular check up and cleaning the other day. The hygienist did a wonderful job and the doctor was very kind and did a great job of explaining what was going on in my mouth. Two thumbs up!
My hygenist Missy was great!
I've gone to the office for years. Dr. Couture was a total delight, of course, but not Dr. Hammer is carrying on the tradition very well! Missy, as always, was a delightful hygeinist as well. She's very gentle, caring and friendly. I'm always amazed at the details of my life and travels that she and Dr. Hammer remember.
While any dental work is not "enjoyable"; Dr. Hammer at least makes it as "painless" as possible. I am so glad I found him again.
Love the staff. Gets you in and out. Everyone is friendly.I would rather be invoiced for my portion of the cost of service (as opposed to paying at the time of service) but it's not a huge deal.
The dental work was great. I would like to have had some initial personal contact from Scott Bonin, such as "Hi, x, how are you/what's new/etc". It was as though the tooth mattered most. Also I would like to have had a short review of the specific work to be done beforehand since there had been a couple of possibilities and we hadn't discussed for a couple of months. Last, I would like the second injection of local anesthetic Not to have been stronger than the first; my face was numb for about 4 hrs. after. I know Al is a ha... read more
