I am writing this review only to thank amazing Sam and all other office staff. They always take work order seriously and go above and beyond to compete the task. Today Sam came to our apartment to take fix an issue with our bathroom sink. He looked around with me to make sure we are all good with other maintenance requests we put during the time when they stopped coming to apartment due to Covid 19 restriction. I've lived in Fountaine Bleau West apartments for a year and 1/2. I can honestly say I love my apartment and all the amazing amenities. The staff is friendly, and always helpful.
This has been one of the worst places I have lived. Sure it’s pretty but people are so disrespectful of others. My neighbors do nothing but play loud music and scream and management will do nothing about these issues. We have complained SEVERAL times and still have problems. We have a “security officer” but yet my car was broken into and they don’t even answer when you call them about a noise complaint. People will sit in their cars and blast profane music. I’ve lived here for about 3 months now and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Plus the apartments are gorgeous :) love the food trucks every Thursday too. Highly recommend 🙌🏻
I was so impressed with my first in depth look into this state of the art property! This gated community is tucked into a quiet valley, and bordered by wooded hillside, it is an elegant escape for those who enjoy the finer aspects of living. Classic brick Colonial style homes, with stunning interior features like marble columns and polished stone countertops. The property also has a Beautiful central pool and clubhouse, gym, movie theater, and dog park!
This is an apartment home, makes you feel like you are living in a high end hotel!
