Truly a stellar facility with a top notch nursing staff that cares and attends to each resident's individual needs. This building is spotless and the residents are so friendly. Very creative and engaging activities. There is something for everyone. I love Fountainbrook!!!
I helped manage FoutainBrook for a little over 2 years, including 8 months as the Executive Director, ending in February 2016, as Oxford Senior Living took over the management. During that time I had the privilege to get to know the staff very well. The caring culture at FountainBrook begins at the top and shows throughout the community. These are some of the best folks I have ever worked with and they truly care for their residents.
I am a hospice nurse and have been visiting residents at Fountainbrook 2-3 times a week for the past 3 1/2 years. This facility is awesome! The staff there are wonderful, very warm and welcoming. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about each of their residents. They love and take care of your loved ones just like their own family. Many activities are planned for both the assisted living and memory care every day. You can rest assured that they will be given the best care possible.
I enjoy the staff. They work well with the people and their family members. We are quite happy to have a great place for my mother to be living so close to family members. Thanks for your service

Fountainbrook(oxford) is not a good place for your love ones. The food is horrible they never have anything, always out of food,snacks, etc....The chef and cooks dont wash their hands..always on they phone touching food...
