After the way I got screwed around, absolutely NO recommendation. Yes, you have a beautiful facility. But the way you treat prospective memory care placements?? Its a nope from me.
I love this place. I've worked assisted living in the past and visited my fair share. This is one of those places your thankful exist. I love the employees and the leadership. They are no nonsense when it comes to caring for the residents in whatever their role is. I love the way they communicate and desire communication between supporting staff that visit the building, such as home health which is the capacity in which I came to know the staff so well. Last year I decided to make a change in my nursing career and started working at Fountain Brook. It has been the most rewarding job that I have had! The whole staff always put our residents first and strive to provide the best care possible that they deserve! From housekeeping to upper management everyone is a team player! Amanda Poling is one of the best DON/Managers I've worked for and has been a great mentor to me. She truly cares for her team and residents. It truly is a great place to work!
