After being in three hospitals in the area Fountain Valley the last. I spent 5 days in the East building. I received great care, staff was very professional my room was clean the food was expectabule, every day I was given choices on food preference. Out of the 3 hospitals in the area I will go back to F.V.
I had a chest xray done there yesterday and it went very well. I checked about 5 mins before my appt time and was called into admitting within 5 mins. I was escorted to radiology by a nice volunteer and when we got to the radiology dept window, they took me back right away. The only issue I had was the radiology guy had me get on and off the table 3x due to not getting the stand up pictures right. That was annoying but I guess it happens. Its a learning process. THIS HOSP HAS GONE DOWN THE NURSES DONT CARE AND DONT LISTEN TO U IT TAKES THEM 30 MINUTES TO GET TO UR ROOM I USED TO WORK HERE AND IT IS NOT A GOOD EXPERIANCE FOR MY NIECE BEING THERE
