Five STARS FOR KAY EAST TOWEr : I was a patient here, an the first review I made was from the first two days which I received horrible service nurses don't respond or come check on me don't keep me updated just keep me waiting, only good service here the first days was the food attendant she is the only person who came in . Also their housekeeping lady named Esperanza was really nice an always asked if I needed anything.
