Recommendedthe Nurse Lakota, was with my from the beginning to literally about 5 min before my son was born she was incredible i am forever greatful for the care I recieved from her.

Git here while i was in labor, i had to use the restroom so bad and the nurse refused to let me. she rolled her eyes as i was screaming in pain. During delivery the ac went out!! I began to run a fever. My nurse, Lakota was very supportive and helpful though! Labor and delivery was HORRIBLE!! Once i got to recovery room, my nurses were amazing and made me comfortable. I was given a "present" upon discharge which was just an empty box. Would still recommend because of the recovery nurses, other than that 1 out 5 stars
They don’t think about patients family members . My father n law has been in the hospital for two weeks now gong on more days , or even weeks! The waiting area is terrible it’s dirty, and hot I don’t even think the AC works inside this horrific room . It’s not welcoming to family members at all . My mother n law has been at bedside with my father n law all this time . Not even a nice outdoor patio for family members to enjoy dinner , lunches or breakfast! The most respectful and caring hospital I've even been to The nursing staff is the GREATEST staff I've ever had From Dr.Bui and Dr.Ching to my nurse's Thoa,Elana,Sarah and Linda down to the food servers like Tiffanny I've never felt so at home in a hospital before usually I hate hospitals because of bad experiences with staff but after my time here at fountain valley regional its forever changed my opinion on hospitals

Bad service almost die nurses are the worst never stay there again still trauma in my head how they leave alone Pee every where I never recomend this place
