My mother was in the ER with my grandma and the nurse K. Anderson told her she needs to speak English because we are in California. Very unprofessional nurse. Not happy at all with her comment. If she didn't understand her why didn't she just get a translator instead of saying this comment to her.

Took a friend to the ER. Worst experience ever. Nurses just sat around as I had to help her in & out of a wheelchair. No one would come to us they would just call out her name & ask me to wheel her to them in one if those emergency wheelchairs which I had no clue how to operate. I felt so horrible that I took a good friend there. Never again will I take someone I care to this horrid circus.

My son was having a asthma attack and we wer not familiar with the area. GPS sent me to this Hospital by the time I parked the car and went in the ER my son was admitted in a room. By the time I arrived to his room he was already had a IV and oxygen mask 😷 great team and a shout out to our RN John. They really took care of my son. This was a exstream emergency and they acted responsive. Very pleased.

The nurses were great the drs great but the ultra sound tech a big rude jerk .The er prep area and emplyees were lil boys playing around smh and with this heat NO AIR CONDITIONING i was there 4 days without it so bad
