When you first walk in you're taken in with the gorgeous Molalla Logging Decor, beautiful tile flooring and lovey furniture. You are greeted with kind smiles by the ladies at the front desk. When you are finally called back for your appointment, your hygienist (mine is Sara) greets you with a wide bright smile. I have gotten to meet quite a few hygienists as my kids also go here. I rate Fountain Valley dental very high in Satisfaction. Everything from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the person that sets up my appointment for the next visit. Everything is done very professionally they have coffee in the waiting room and a comfortable place to sit I enjoy going to fountain Valley Dental I can't say that about any other dentist offices I have ever been to. I was referred to Fountain Valley Dental by the VA. I have never been to a more competent, professional, caring dental clinic. My dental condition is very challenging and my dentist didn't even hesitate to evaluate and plan a comprehensive solution. I was amazed!
While visiting the area from out of town I broke my front tooth crown. From my first telephone call through my appointment Dr Ben and his team were amazing. I was made to feel comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice in coming to their office.I had a gaping hole in my smile and they created a custom temporary crown for me that is beautiful and matches my other teeth. I highly recommend Fountain Valley Dental. I am thankful for what they have done for me.
