Cyndee is always a great. She does a thorough job cleaning my teeth. So personable and a joy. Betsy always has a big smile when I walk in the door, and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have.
My very first appointment with FVD was more than amazing. Right off the bat I received a tour, with a wonderful gal named PJ who was so kind. The dentist, Dr. Bell, was super thorough in explaining what was going on in my mouth and treatment plans to expect. Always love getting my teeth cleaned by Cindy. It is like seeing an old friend. Never any anxiety. It is also awesome seeing Betsy. She has worked for the dentists I have gone to for 35 years. It is always a treat.
Everyone was very welcoming. The staff gave me a tour of the facility, and Dr. Ben & PJ did a great job of explaining everything to me. Betsy helped to explain the costs of the procedure and now I am ready to have a new crown!
