Great experience at Fountain Tire on Fort Street. The staff were friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. They completed a thorough safety inspection, clearly explained what needed attention and what could wait, with no pressure. Service was efficient, communication was clear, and I felt confident my vehicle was safe and road-ready. Highly recommend this location!
I feel the customer service has gone down in quality a bit. What once was a cheerful place to take our family veichles for our seasonal tire change overs/minor repairs is now somewhat lacking in the customer service department.
