I was grateful that Fountain Tire was able to service my vehicle right away for an oil change and full inspection at a reasonable price. I also really appreciated the detailed inspection report they provided, with clear priorities for what needs servicing along with helpful photos. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed that everything from my glove compartment was scattered on the passenger floor, and the parts that hold the glove box in place were left on my seat from what I assume when they checked the filter. Made an appointment to have a number of issues addressed last week. When I tried to drop my vehicle off as scheduled they had absolutely no record. I walked out. Money isn't an issue for me, I just want good service. So disappointing!!
