My tire went flat and I suspected a nail. I drove to Fountain Tire, was told it might take an hour or two. 45 minutes later the nail was out, tire was fixed and I was on my way. All three of the people I dealt with were friendly, professional and courteous. Customer service extraordinaire!
I recently bought a set of tires from these guys. They not only delivered an outstanding deal but did a great job inspecting my vehicle after I drove over a curb and fixing my balance. Thank you, I highly recommend!
Went in for an alignment and was told that the bolts are tight and hard to move and also in a hard to reach place so they charged me an extra hour of work… I had an alignment done less than 3 months prior at KAL tire no issues or extra charges. I needed this one after replacing lower ball joints. If they aren’t able to do an alignment fast i don’t think the customer should pay extra, they are the “professionals” after all. Lesson learned there is a reason KAL gets the business they do.
