Great service and vehicle support with this team. I have been using their service for maintenance/tire service/seasonal tire changes/etc. for over 30 years and would highly recommend them to any car owner who cares about their vehicle.
Well, I’ve been waiting for this issue to be resolved for almost two months now, and guess what? It’s still not fixed. This really makes me speak negatively about — and think negatively of — this company. About two months ago, I came in to swap out my tires on R17 rims (285/70/17). I never leave reviews but felt that Ken and his team from Fountain Tire deserve a special shout out. We are from out of town and our car was acting up. Ken was able to fit us in and help us out in a pinch. We are beyond appreciative to him and his team for helping us out. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing mechanical work.
Booked an appointment for a new set of tires as I had gotten an unexpected flat plus needed new set, got in within 48 hours. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient, reasonable prices and honest work from this shop. Definitely will be coming back for tire and maintenance work, highly recommend coming to this location!
