Thank you so much to everyone at Fountain Tire on Mcphillips for saving our Easter weekend. Even though it was the Thursday before Good Friday they were ready to take in our van to repair or replace our flat tire. We were lucky it didn't need replacing however they quickly fixed the flat inspite of their busy day. They even found a way to pick us up to bring us back to get our van. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate how they came through for us especially with this being a long weekend! Well done!!!
As an inexperienced car owner, theres a lot of anxiety when you take your vehicle to get fixed. Will they be honest? Are the prices fair? My dad recommended coming here to get my brakes and car checked. They were very kind & answered my questions without judgment. They explained the problems. I called at 5 o’clock to see if they could do a tire repair on my truck. I was near by and told them I could be there right away so they managed to squeeze me in before they closed. I was there at 5:15 and they had my tire repaired just before closing. The staff at the desk were friendly and easy going. I have not had anymore issues with the tire losing air since. I am looking for a zero review here not satisfied with their service. We took our car here last year for them to change our tyre to alloy wheel. We got the steel wheel and they put on the all season tyre. After 6months the orange light appeared on the desk board. We called them and they said to bring it back to them. So in October 2025 we took the car back and they said there was a nail on the tyre and they provided the picture.
