Had a blowout coming home at -20. Called spoke with Tylor. He was able to fit me in last minute so I didn't have to try doing tire being exposed to possible frost bite. Great customer service, thanks to everyone from the front desk to the techs!!!
Excellent service for my son
Spoke to Tylor about changing my Battery for my mercedes there after I tried multiple other stores and garages that were fully booked for the day!Agreeed on a time that worked for both of us. unfortunately the battery i ordered at a canadian tire did not fit but the mechanic was able to order the right AGM battery from another FT store and it only took 30 mins for it to be delivered! I had an issue with one of my tires and called the office at 7:34 AM and a service truck was at my door at 7:54 AM to help me out. The technician, Justine, was there helping me out and was extremely nice to talk to and let me know what the issue was. I then took my car in to get it fixed and I was out of their shop by 8:47 AM. Unbelievable service and friendly staff and I would recommend Fountain Tire in Airdrie to anyone. I thought this would have taken me the whole day to get fixed, but less than an hour and a half?!
