I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business, both a year ago and again recently. A year ago, I brought my vehicle in specifically to have the alternator replaced. Instead, they replaced my battery without my consent and charged me $450 for it. Not only did this fail to fix the issue, but when I went back to discuss the problem, they told me there was nothing they could do. I have never been disappointed going to this shop. Today i took my truck in as a tire sensor had to be replaced - the mechanics reported they reprogrammed it checked the batteries and didn't need to be replaced - however, they have one in stock if the problem reoccurs. I've pulled in many times to have my tires checked as the sensors reported low air - no issue no problem they fix it. I had a broken valve and went in expecting a simple fix. Instead, they presented me with a $1,500 estimate, insisting I replace three tires. I clearly stated that I only needed a new valve, but they refused to fix it unless I agreed to replace the tires, claiming they were over 10 years old. This made no sense, as I bought my car brand new in December 2018. It felt like an unnecessary upsell rather than genuine customer care. Very disappointing experience.
