PAM is the rudest, unprofessional service worker I’ve dealt with in some time. Only have spoken on the phone twice with Pam, but will not be bringing any business to the establishment that employs her.
Worst place ever! Still waiting on a response from 2 weeks ago, and an answer as to why they changed all four tires out on my newly bought used suv to universal ones back in November 2024, for the winter tire program, and put in the comments loose front right tire rod, and when I squared the bill, decided this finding wasn't important enough to discuss with myself took the car back to my dealership last week and they were glad to fix it the same day.
