I was heading on a road trip on Vancouver Island. My tire started to shimmy, I pulled in to Fountain tire. Justin was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem. The team went beyond and above to provide us with excellent service and care. Thank you!. Truly a life saving act of kindness.
What an amazing experience! I was told by another shop/dealership that I need to replace many parts in order to do a wheel alignment. I went to fountain fire- recommended by a friend- glad I came. Fountain fire checked my car and said no wheel alignment is needed and the part that, that dealership said to replace appears to be in order and it is not needed. THANK YOU fountain Tire for the impeccable service and HONESTY, I will definitely be back for my vehicle needs.
