Vikram went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and it made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing the right thing for their customers. I called to book a pre-purchase inspection and asked if they had any availability on Saturday. The person who answered the phone was impatient and rude. He hung up on me before I even finished speaking. I won’t be going there for any service in the future.
