Fast and efficient oil change, easy booking system online. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, still got a detailed report with a minor suggestion. I had a bad oil change sticker that I couldn’t get off. Last 3 oil changes the guys would just put the new sticker over top of it. This is the first place that took the extra step to get it off for me before putting theirs on. Had a really good experience at Fountain Tire today. My tire popped this morning and I just drove in, kinda stressed, but they helped me out right away. Everyone was super nice and got things done quickly. Made a stressful morning way easier. Definitely recommend!
Ken and his team do an honest job of serving their clients best needs. I feel like they would go out of their way to make a customer happy (within means). I only do my tire storage rotation/purchase and storage - but have zero complaints. In one case when they were running behind, the manager/owner got directly involved in mounting and balancing my new tires to expediate the visit.
I have purchased tires from Fountain Tire many times over the years and the sales and service is always great.
