I brought my sport utility in for installation of new tires....A couple days later when I checked the nut tightness on the tires, one of the tires was only hand tight.....They forgot to tighten one of my tires!!! This can not happen!!!...I know I'm supposed to bring my car back after 10k to re tighten anything...But they are also supposed to tighten all the tires!!!....This hits me deep because I drive my son around....Mistakes happen, I understand...But that is a mistake that should not happen.
I will forever recommend this place! We had been travelling for a while and realized yesterday in Winnipeg that the tires on my Jeep were a bit worse for wear. We tried calling a number of other places and no one had the tire size we needed or it would be a wait well into the afternoon when we needed to get back on the road ASAP. Great service and all that jazz. Very quick and will give you detailed reports on everything on your vehicle with photos. The manager Kenny a great guy!
The service on my vehicle was done right...But the guy that works at the front desk was so rude numerous times...He should not be in customer service.....I would never go back there.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! ABSOLUTELY RIPPED ME OFF!! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I asked this shop to check the alignment on my car(which I knew was pretty good because I had one done a few months before but I did a bit of work to my rear suspension so wanted it looked at)…a few hours later they said the alignment was done. The owner/ manager Ken Kile stated it “was out of spec in one reading”. When I looked at their diagram the passenger Toe was out by 0.01 inches…it reads 0.07 and “spec” is 0.06 inches.
