If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got my tires changed over in June and 20 days later my front drivers side tire falls off while I was driving. Lucky I didn't have my kids in the car with me or I wasn't driving on a highway or I probably wouldn't be here to talk about it. When this happened my husband called Fountain Tire and told them what happened and they told me they were sorry this had happened and that they would work with us to resolve this issue. Last year I went to fountain tire to get my winter tires put on, they were already on rims. I asked them to make sure that they use a wire brush to scrub out any debris, they said they would do it. I go to grab my winter tires this year. What do I find? A huge pile of sand on my patio. How hard is it to do a simple task? I will never give them my business again. If you can be trusted with the small things, I won't trust you with the big things.
