A far cry from the luxury living they advertise. My husband and I have lived at Stoneridge for 2 months now and we are ready to leave. If you want to live in a place that has walls and ceiling/floors as thin as a cheap motel, this place is for you. Our upstairs neighbor has a young kid that runs and jumps incessantly. It sounds like cannon balls are being dropped on our ceiling. We have spoken to the neighbor and management about the noise issue with no resolution. We cannot even hear our TV over the noise. Legacy at Pratt park is a scam in a terrible neighborhood. The apartments themselves are well designed and maintained fairly well. Admittedly, we knew the neighborhood was "up and coming" when we moved in, the problem is the neighborhood stalled. Despite the awesome Cheeky Cafe and the Immortal Dog there is very little in the area. And as far as walking, the reports of shootings in the neighborhood are frequent and among the most disturbing in Seattle. This management will demand a deposit from you when you move in and will keep the deposit and not pay you back if you move unexpectedly. Very dirty place with management in debt; they are corrupt and will stop at nothing to make money.

Do not try to apply at Westview. They lie about how their approval system works. It's not just evictions that count against you with this place. Any bill you have counts against you as well. My power bill and comcast bill counted against me. And I was denied on those basis, not because of my past two evictions. And when I confronted them about why they didn't say this to begin with because I had asked them about it and I explained that I only enough money left for the application fee, if I was going to be denied I could have... read more
This place couldn't be much nicer. Your review is quite snobby. I am more than delighted to see my son moved in there. Shop around and find a better one when the lease is up if you think there is one. No need for slander though.
