1. For years, they did not respond to almost all of my emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions, requests, and serious resident concerns. I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. I was repeatedly lied to! After I went online to their website and got preapproved to rent at their community. I provided rental verification, and income verification. I was told I needed to also provide copies of my paystub's and bank statements. I provided all requested documentation. I was then told by the property management that she needed to see proof that I actually owned my business. The complex is fine, but the current management isn't. Greystar was solid, the original lease owners for a lot of tenants currently living in the property. Madrona Ridge came in and is trying to pull a fast one on people with a trash fee in the middle of their leases that were already included in their rents per their welcome letters and their utility addendum, but Madrona Ridge isn't honoring that and is using a wording to extort more money from their tenants, and on top of that falsify documentation dictating what the tena... read more

If you like having your garage broke into, or management who really doesn't care then move here. Plenty of shady people to make you not want to let your kids play outside. If something breaks then I guess you have to deal with broken. Current staff is rude and will lie to you... and Yes there is better in this town for the price... Welcome to the Deer Run projects!
They constantly lie to you. The apartments are full of bugs. The complex is noisy and cops are there almost constantly. Pool is hardly ever clean. Maintenance takes forever to fix something. Even if you follow all the rules the still jack you out of your deposit. Wish I could give them a negative star rating.
The apartments and amenities are great the price is decent but they will screw you on the move out no matter if you paint clean and make the place look new they will charge you unless professionals do it and you can furnish a receipt
i currently live in this complex with my family, and from outside the gates it looks great, but dont be fooled. this place is terrible. my hot water heater has been falling thru the floor since we moved in, and they have inspected it numerous times and after they walk out the door u never hear from them again. the lease states that they will enter the home 1 time per years for annual inspections and to asses the condition of the unit, in the last 3 months they have been here 5 times, and im pretty sure its a violation of our... read more
Do not rent from the complex. we have had our vehicles broken in three times. One of the times was when my husband was deployed. you are supposed to feel safe when your spouse is gone for 9 months. Well I didn't feel safe at all. the last two times was when the gate was broken. All of the times the complex did not give a crap. The rent is too high for what you get here.
