Dont control the parking. Pay rent just to walk from across the entire apartment complex to get to your apartment. Cars parked near dumpsters. Neighbors that play loud music until 3am keeping you awake. Dont power wash the siding on a regular basis so there is dirt bugs when you walk in your door. And when your apartment keeps flooding for over a year they dont fix the moldy nasty paint thats peeling, or replace any of the parts causing the problem. So even though the staff is nice its not a great place.
RecommendedManagement responds in a timly fashion and issues are always resolved, as well as maintenance needs. The people are friendly and the community is clean.

These people are so rude and lie to you abouy the deposit
Outside looking nice at the swimming pool but I didn't see no vacancies on how the apartments look inside that's what I was looking for
