The apartments in Southgate/Taylor are not great. When it comes to overall vibe and feeling this apartment stood out positively. Love the windows and while not updated in anyway shape or form, it didn’t leave a yucky feeling. Price per month isn’t bad. Communication is where this complex lacks. I absolutely lived living here! The maintenance staff is prompt when fixing issues with detailed repair notes. Beautiful complex! Kind staff! I’ll be moving back soon!
That one lady who answers the phone is so bitter. I believe her name is Kristy. She gets mad over me being upset over how bad these apartments are. Save your money, find something better and not something that needs fixing ever week.
Horrible. 2 buildings have had consistent bedbug reports the past 5 years They only treat the affected unit. Not the ductwork not the hallway not the other units only the. One
Smells like smoke morning, noon, and night. Absolutely disgusting, it comes through the vents so be prepared if anyone in the building is a smoker. You WILL reek of it and not be able to breathe.
