Loved my layout, maintenance staff is amazing, but the management here is very unprofessional. If you move in make copies of everything and make sure it has the management signature on it cause they lose things and seem to forget everything. They lost all my documents needed, especially for a service dog that is registered and was on file with them. Instead of reaching out they just wanted to evict me when I never had any issues or late payments, was actually ahead most months. They said I had an illegal animal cause they do... read more
For starters I lived here for 3 and 1/2 years I'm not here to talk bad about the property the property itself was great My apartment was great I had a two bedroom apartment it's just minor things that messed up for instance the dishwasher have minor issues but they took a minute to fix but it got done Don't expect no updates to any of their units if you need certain things in your apartment fixed like new carpet or a reglaze on a tub like how they deal with us they will not do it which is outrageous to me they told me over t... read more
The apartments in Southgate/Taylor are not great. When it comes to overall vibe and feeling this apartment stood out positively. Love the windows and while not updated in anyway shape or form, it didn’t leave a yucky feeling. Price per month isn’t bad. Communication is where this complex lacks. I was told at move in that they prefer check payments for rent. The lease and everything else was to my understanding paper only?
