I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Fountain Park Apartments. Over the past two years, there have been frequent water and HVAC outages, which greatly disrupt daily life. While some of these outages are announced in advance, the notifications often come with less than 24 hours’ notice, making it nearly impossible to prepare. This happens several times a month. Amazing experience with fountain park / southern management company. Our tour was very detailed, the buildings were spotless clean inside and out. No signs of neglected trash anywhere. We got to tour the actual apartment we were interested in. Our tour person who was filling in for Maria was from corporate. She even mentioned that they use McCormick paint for their apartments (a well known quality paint brand.
