Not sure if you can give zero stars, but that is realistically what this property should be given. Been dealing with a mice issue for almost 5 months now. Management/leasing office consistently says they "aren't sure what to do" despite it being your literal job to find a solution. The mice problem persisted before moving in so they were well aware of this issue and decided to still allow this unit to be leased instead of solving the issue before letting someone move in. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
The maintenance team were fantastic. They worked perfectly well with time. I can relied on them. Thanks
I would like to give a big gratitude to the manager Haydee for helping me with my car situation on being wrongfully towed here at fountain parks complex. I wanted to clear up on the office parking: After hours guest parking, on whether it was working or I did everything right by the parking rules. And she clarified that everything was right and it was all due to miscommunication and mistake. She was very kind and wonderful to help me fix the situation.
