The one on one yoga instructor Ivy was the best. I had been searching for the perfect class since I moved to Daphne. This is a hidden gem for sure. I encourage all my local friends to try A class out soon. I look forward to my next class on Friday.
Today I went to FOY to get an IV Hydration treatment, B12 injection, dermaplaning of my face followed by a mild chemical peel. This is my second IV infusion and B12 but my first facial dermaplane and chemical peel treatment. The IV and B12 were as great as the first treatment. It is wonderful to know that the vitamins and minerals I'm getting are really getting into my system. The dermaplaning and chemical peel treatment was fabulous.
