What a great place! When you walk in you are in an exclusive spa that will cater to your needs. I went to try a yoga and barre class and was pleasantly surprised. The yoga class is taught be an authentic trained instructor. The class is not overcrowded and you have space to move along with getting one-on-one instructions. I had my first yoga class with Ivy yesterday and it was awesome! I love the small classes! I also had IV hydration last week with the cold/flu concoction. The studio/spa is very relaxing and exactly what Spanish Fort has needed!!

I received IV hydration after being sick for 4 days and it made me feel like a new person!! I strongly recommend Fountain of Youth- they are very professional, personable and created a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and I will be back!!
