I really wanted to like this place after reading a lot of positive reviews, and, to their credit, the actual visit, hygienist, and dentist were lovely. However, my husband and I have been dealing with a billing nightmare since taking our daughter for her first dental cleaning. On their website it clearly states that cleanings with x-rays and fluoride are $99. RecommendedThis Dental practice is by far the best! I HIGHLY recommend them! Each and every person is friendly and personable from the office staff, to the dental assistant, to the hygienist all the way up to Dr Gillette! I just had 2 root canals done and the whole experience was so considerably wonderful! I honestly couldn’t ask for a better dentist! Go get your check up!
Fountain Modern Dentistry and Dr Scott Cairns are taking care of Veterans during this pandemic. The VA canceled my appointment and Dr Cairns for me right in and took care of the problem. They also gave me a Veteran big Discount. Thank you for your commitment to our VETERANS!

You make appointments six months in advance then a week before that appointment they leave a message saying they can’t do it. They give multiple reasons why they can’t but not the truth. Don’t waste your time. Horrible service.
I hate the dentist with a passion and typically hate going in for anything. I had 4 fillings done today by Dr.ash and his assistant Mark. I have to say that these two are a phemonial team. My visit was painless and I wont mind going back in the future if need be. Not only did they do their jobs flawlessly they made me feel like I was just hanging out with some friends. I cant say enough good things about them. give these two a raise!
They over charge you and them when you provide them with what you insurance EOB says they try to tell you, you are wrong. I will be consulting an attorney!

My husband had an appointment there a few weeks ago. I confirmed it via phone and via an email they sent. He showed up and they had no record of him having an appointment. He rescheduled for this evening and shows up and they said the person he was scheduled with no longer works there and they need to reschedule him. Absolutely no consideration of his time. They could have called and rescheduled. Even if you have a confirmed appointment don’t take it literally!
