I love my Doctor and all the staff, they take care of me like a family. When ever I’m sick they will get me in right away. I recommend them to any one who looking the best family doctor.
Zero accountability and dangerous administrative negligence. The office initially failed to include my relevant medical history when submitting a prior authorization for my diabetes medication, resulting in an automatic denial. When I caught the error and asked them to submit the necessary appeal, they simply never did. I even managed to get an insurance representative on the line willing to resolve the missing paperwork on the spot, but both the receptionist and the doctor flatly refused to take the call, washing their hand... read more
